From the M4 take Junction 29 onto the A48M. Take the third turn-off for
Cardiff East & Docks. At the roundabout take the first exit (dedicated left
hand lane) towards the Docks. Get into the right hand lane (marked Docks)
and go over the fly over. At the roundabout take the first exit left,
heading towards the Wentloog Industrial Area. Continue straight across the
next roundabout following the signs for the Capital Business Park. At the
next roundabout take the first exit left into the Capital Business Park.

Follow the A470 towards Cardiff to the Gabalfa Interchange. At the
roundabout take the first exit left, heading for the A48 (Eastern Avenue).
Take the first exit off the A48, signposted Llanedeyrn. At the roundabout,
take the third exit, heading towards the Docks (A4232). Get into the right
hand lane (marked Docks) and go over the fly over. At the roundabout take
